Packaging Standards

• Bare-Root Shipping: All succulent plants are shipped without soil to comply with USDA quarantine requirements and prevent pest transmission.
• Protective Materials: Plants are wrapped in breathable paper and secured with cushioning materials (e.g., bubble wrap or shredded paper) to minimize transit damage.
• Labeling: Packages are marked with “Fragile Live Plants” and “Avoid Extreme Temperatures.”

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, delivered within 3-5 business days (delays possible in remote areas).
• Expedited Shipping: UPS 2-Day Air or FedEx Express (additional fee required), delivered within 2 business days.
• Seasonal Handling: Shipments paused during extreme temperatures (>90°F or <32°F) or upgraded to insulated packaging (additional $5–10 fee).

Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• A tracking number is provided upon shipment; customers can monitor delivery status via our website or the carrier’s portal.

Delayed or Lost Packages

• If a package exceeds the carrier’s estimated delivery window, customers may contact our support team for assistance.
• Confirmed lost packages will be replaced or refunded (requires carrier investigation proof).

Returns & Refunds

• Survival Guarantee: If plants arrive dead due to shipping damage, customers may request a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees) within 7 days of delivery (photo proof required).
• Non-Qualifying Cases:
  • Damage caused by improper care (e.g., overwatering, sun exposure).
  • Claims submitted after 7 days or without clear photo evidence.

Legal & Phytosanitary Compliance

• All plants comply with U.S. domestic phytosanitary regulations and exclude CITES Appendix species.
• Customers are prohibited from mailing or transporting plants internationally (may violate destination country laws).
